Timeline for Claims: Customers must submit any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 2. Returns and Exchanges: -

3. Refunds for Wrong/Damaged Items: -
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are exclusively offered to customers who receive incorrect items or items that are damaged upon delivery. Resolution Process: Our team will promptly assess the situation and work towards resolving the matter by either arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
Resolution Time: If the customer is eligible for the refund, the refund is credited in the customer's bank account within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges and Mislabelled Items: -
